Delivery Information

Please allow 2-4 working days before despatch and slightly longer around seasonal periods. 

If you require faster delivery please contact me direct prior to ordering on       fizzy-lous@hotmail.com

Postage has various costs for Royal Mail. You can choose which you prefer at the checkout. Please note: If you choose NOT TRACKED it will be YOUR responsability to liase with royal mail for any lost parcels.

 

Please note, Royal mail are currentlyy under a lot of additional strain and delivery may fall outside of their expected delivery time scale. Please allow a couple of extra days to cover this. 

You MUST report any lost, stolen or damaged parcles within 7 days of recieving your order. Reports after this will not be delt with. Parcles MAY take up to 10 working days to arrive and once they leave the fizz Factory they are in he hands of Royal Mail.
